No. Redys Shop only charges your plan's monthly fee. Payments go directly from your customers to your Stripe or MercadoPago account. We never touch your money.

Yes. The WhatsApp bot works with your current WhatsApp Business number. You don't need a new number. The connection takes just a few minutes from the dashboard.

We currently support domestic shipping in Mexico with DHL, FedEx and Uber Direct. International shipping is on the roadmap and will be available soon.

Yes. We offer bulk import of products and customers from CSV/Excel files. Our team helps you with the migration process during the initial setup.

If you cancel, you have 30 days to export all your data (products, customers, orders, quotes) in standard formats. We don't lose or delete your information right away.
